Groprinosin Forte syrup is an antiviral drug that increases the body’s resistance. It can be used as a stimulant for the immune system in patients with recurrent infections of the upper respiratory tract. The administration of the syrup is also indicated in the treatment of herpes simplex in people diagnosed with infection with this virus (Hepares simplex). Groprinosin Forte is intended for people over 1 year of age.
The active substance of the drug is inosine pranobex.
1 ml of syrup contains 100 mg of inosine pranobex.
Excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl Excipients parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), liquid maltitol (E 965) (maltitol, sorbitol), sodium saccharin (E 954), sucralose (E 955), sodium hydroxide, citric acid purified water, raspberry flavor L-144739 (sugars, propylene glycol, ethanol, natural flavors) and raspberry flavor 10721-31 (diethyl malonate, ethyl acetate, acetic aldehyde, trans-2 hexanal, β-Damascenon, starch maltodextrin, gum arabic ).
Dosage

The syrup should be administered orally. The dosage of Groprinosin Forte depends on the age of the patient. In adults, it is recommended to use 50 mg / kg body weight per day, i.e. usually 3 g (30 ml of syrup) in 3 or 4 doses a day. The maximum daily dose is 4 g (40 ml). In the case of children over 1 year of age (weighing from 10 to 50 kg), the same amount of medicine is used, i.e. as shown in the table below.
Syrop Groprinosin Forte to lek przeciwwirusowy oraz zwiększający odporność organizmu. Można go stosować jako środek pobudzający czynność układu odpornościowego u pacjentów z nawracającymi infekcjami górnych dróg oddechowych. Wskazaniem do podawania syropu jest także leczenie opryszczki pospolitej u osób z rozpoznanym zakażeniem tym wirusem (Hepares simplex). Groprinosin Forte jest przeznaczony dla osób powyżej 1 roku życia.

Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Syrop należy podawać doustnie. Dawkowanie Groprinosinu Forte zależy od wieku pacjenta. U osób dorosłych zaleca się stosować 50 mg/kg masy ciała w ciągu doby, czyli zwykle 3 g (30 ml syropu) w 3 lub 4 dawkach dziennie. Maksymalna dawka dobowa to 4 g (40 ml).
