The drug is used at
– mild transient depressive disorders,
– Mild to moderate transient depressive disorder (prescription only). St. John’s wort extract is also traditionally used (lower dose)
– to improve the condition of nervous stress in adults and children from 12 years.
Contraindications and Precautions
The drug must not be taken
at the same time with drugs that contain one of the following active ingredients or an active ingredient from one of the following groups of substances:
– Medicines to suppress rejection reactions to transplants (immunosuppressants): ciclosporin, tacrolimus for internal use, sirolimus.
– Medicines to treat HIV infection or AIDS: indinavir, nevirapine.
– Drugs that inhibit cell growth (cytostatics): imatinib, irinotecan. The drug must not be taken if you have a known allergy to St. John’s wort or any of the other ingredients.
Anwendungsgebiete
Das Medikament wird angewendet bei
– leichten vorubergehenden depressiven Storungen,
– leichten bis mittelschweren vorubergehenden depressiven Storungen (verschreibungspflichtig). Johanniskraut-Extrakt wird au?erdem traditionell angewendet (niedriger dosiert)
– zur Besserung des Befindens bei nervlicher Belastung bei Erwachsenen und Kinder ab 12 Jahren.
Gegenanzeigen und Vorsichtsma?nahmen
Das Medikament darf nicht eingenommen werden,
gleichzeitig mit Arzneimitteln, welche einen der folgenden Wirkstoffe bzw. einen Wirkstoff aus einer der folgenden Stoffgruppen enthalten:
– Arzneimittel zur Unterdruckung von Absto?ungsreaktionen gegenuber Transplantaten (Immunsuppressiva): Ciclosporin, Tacrolimus zur innerlichen Anwendung, Sirolimus.
– Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von HIV-Infektionen oder AIDS: Indinavir, Nevirapin.
– Zellwachstumhemmende Arzneimittel (Zytostatika): Imatinib, Irinotecan. Das Medikament darf nicht eingenommen werden bei bekannter Allergie gegenuber Johanniskraut oder einem der sonstigen Bestandteile.
