Flurbifex contains flurbiprofen. Flurbiprofen belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). These medicines work by changing the body’s response to pain, swelling and high temperature.
Flurbifex is used for the short-term treatment of throat conditions such as irritation, pain and swelling in the throat and difficulty swallowing in adults and children over 12 years of age.
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
