The drug is a combination of acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, analgesic and antipyretic drugs (analgesics and antipyretics) and caffeine.
It is used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderately severe pain (such as headache, toothache, menstrual pain).

Contraindications
The medicine must not be taken
if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, caffeine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
if you have had asthma attacks or any other hypersensitivity to salicylates or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (medicines used to relieve pain, fever or inflammation) in the past.
if you have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, in connection with previous therapy with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs / anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
if you have or have had recurring stomach and duodenal ulcers (peptic ulcers) or bleeding with at least two different episodes of proven ulcer or bleeding.
with pathologically increased bleeding tendency.
if you have severe liver problems.
in liver and kidney failure.
if you have severe heart failure (severe heart failure).
if you are using 15 mg or more methotrexate per week at the same time.
in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
by children under 12 years of age.
