Children from 6 – 12 years: 1-2 times a day 1-2 teaspoon-sized amount of WICK VapoRub cold ointment (pack size: 50 g).
Children over 12 years and adults: 2 – 4 times a day a 2-3 teaspoon-sized amount of WICK VapoRub cold ointment (pack size: 50 g).
Apply WICK VapoRub cold ointment (pack size: 50 g) to the chest, back and neck and rub in well. Do not use on the neck in children aged 2 – 5! Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
For inhalation:
Pour a 1-2 teaspoon-sized amount of WICK VapoRub cold ointment (pack size: 50 g) into a bowl of hot water that has not been heated in the microwave. Bend your head over the bowl and breathe deeply through your nose for 10-15 minutes. Never leave your children unattended during inhalation, risk of burns!
