Syrup based on Ambroxol hydrochloride.
Therapeutic indications
Viscomucil Syrup is used in the treatment of acute respiratory diseases characterized by thick and viscous hypersecretion.
Dosage and Posology
The drug should be taken according to the following doses and methods:
Adults: 10 ml (30 mg) 3 times a day.
Children from 2 to 5 years: 2.5 ml (7.5 mg) 3 times a day.
Children over 5 years: 5 ml (15 mg) 3 times a day.
It is recommended to take the syrup after meals. Do not use Viscomucil for prolonged treatments.
Overdose
There are limited data on ambroxol overdose. Symptoms corresponding to the undesirable effects described are to be expected. If necessary, implement suitable symptomatic and supportive therapy.
Sciroppo a base di Ambroxolo cloridrato.

Viscomucil Sciroppo si usa nel trattamento delle affezioni respiratorie acute caratterizzate da ipersecrezione densa e vischiosa.

Sovradosaggio
I dati relativi al sovradosaggio da ambroxolo sono limitati. E’ da attendersi una sintomatologia corrispondente agli effetti indesiderati descritti. In caso di necessità attuare una idonea terapia sintomatica e di supporto.
