Recommendation for use of Thomapyrin TENSION DUO 400mg / 100mg for headaches (pack size: 12 pcs):
For adults:
Starting dose: Take 1 film-coated tablet (400 mg ibuprofen and 100 mg caffeine). If necessary, take another dose (one film-coated tablet), but you must not exceed a total of 3 film-coated tablets (1,200 mg ibuprofen and 300 mg caffeine) within 24 hours.
The interval between two doses must be at least 6 hours.
Contact your doctor or pharmacist if you feel that the effects of this medicine are stronger or weaker than expected.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days. Thomapyrin TENSION DUO is not recommended for mild pain or treatment for more than 3 days. Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you continue to experience pain.

Der Zeitabstand zwischen zwei Dosen muss mindestens 6 Stunden betragen.
Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt oder Apotheker, wenn Sie das Gefuhl haben, dass die Wirkung dieses Arzneimittels starker oder schwacher als gedacht ist.
Die Behandlungsdauer sollte hochstens 3 Tage betragen. Thomapyrin TENSION DUO wird nicht empfohlen bei leichten Schmerzen oder einer Behandlungsdauer von mehr als 3 Tagen. Bitte sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker, wenn Sie weiterhin Schmerzen haben.
