Tetramil is an eye drops based on Pheniramine maleate and Tetrizoline hydrochloride.
Therapeutic indications
Tetramil Collirio is used in allergic and inflammatory states of the conjunctiva accompanied by photophobia, lacrimation, sensation of a foreign body, pain.
Dosage and Posology
Tetramil Collirio should be taken in the following doses and methods: instill 1-2 drops in the affected eye 2-3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Strictly adhere to the recommended doses. A higher dosage of the product even if taken topically and for a short period of time can give rise to serious systemic effects.
Overdose
The product, if accidentally ingested or if used for a long period in excessive doses, can cause toxic phenomena. Accidental ingestion of the drug, especially in children, can cause depression of the central nervous system: marked sedation (severe drowsiness), coma. If this happens, use gastric lavage and general supportive measures.

Dosaggio e Posologia
Tetramil Collirio va assunta nelle seguenti dosi e modalità: instillare nell’occhio interessato 1-2 gocce 2-3 volte al giorno. Non superare le dosi consigliate. Attenersi scrupolosamente alle dosi consigliate. Un dosaggio superiore del prodotto anche se assunto per via topica e per breve periodo di tempo può dar luogo ad effetti sistemici gravi.
Sovradosaggio
Il prodotto, se accidentalmente ingerito o se impiegato per un lungo periodo a dosi eccessive, può determinare fenomeni tossici. L’ingestione accidentale del farmaco, specialmente nei bambini, può causare depressione del sistema nervoso centrale: sedazione spiccata (forte sonnolenza), coma. Se ciò accadesse, utilizzare lavanda gastrica e misure di supporto generale.
