Use / application / consumption recommendation:
Stir the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) into 150 – 200 ml of still water daily and take with or after a meal together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsules.
The enzyme tablet is recommended to be taken about 1/2 hour before a meal.
