Tantum Verde is a medicine in the form of a solution for rinsing the mouth and throat with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, additionally local anesthesia and disinfection. Tantum Verde is mainly used for pain, redness or swelling in the mouth and throat. The drug can also be used, among others. after surgical procedures in laryngology and dentistry.
Tantum Verde contains benzydamine, which belongs to the indole non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, as well as local anesthetic and disinfectant.
The indications for the use of Tantum Verde are:
treatment of symptoms (pain, redness, swelling) associated with inflammation of the mouth and throat, i.e. in bacterial and viral infections,
inflammation of the mucous membranes after radiation therapy,
condition after surgical procedures in laryngology and dentistry,
after intubation.
Tantum Verde to lek w postaci roztworu do płukania jamy ustnej i gardła o działaniu przeciwzapalnym oraz przeciwbólowym, dodatkowo miejscowo znieczula i odkaża. Tantum Verde stosuje się głównie przy bólu, zaczerwienieniu czy obrzęku jamy ustnej oraz gardła. Lek można także stosować m. in. po zabiegach operacyjnych w laryngologii i stomatologii.
Tantum Verde zawiera benzydaminę, która należy do indolowych niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych (NLPZ) i wykazuje działanie przeciwbólowe oraz przeciwzapalne, jak również miejscowo znieczulające a także odkażające.
Wskazaniami do stosowania Tantum Verde są:
leczenie objawów (ból, zaczerwienienie, obrzęk) związanych ze stanem zapalnym jamy ustnej oraz gardła, czyli w zakażeniach bakteryjnych i wirusowych,
zapalenie błon śluzowych po radioterapii,
stan po zabiegach operacyjnych w laryngologii i stomatologii,
po intubacji.
