Lecithin is a complex fat (from the group of phospholipids). Lecithin is involved in many metabolic processes, it is a component of the brain and nervous tissue. Lack of lecithin in food reduces the immunity of the nervous system as well as vitality. One of the most important functions of lecithin is to lower LDL levels. The product does not contain genetically modified organisms, substances causing allergies and ingredients of animal origin. Lecithin has properties that can extend the shelf life. It is also often used as an emulsifier.

HOW TO USE
1 teaspoon a day. Consume with a meal (as an emulsifying additive to dishes or directly with, for example, yoghurt).
