Pyralgina is a medicinal product for use in severe pain, fever.
The active substance is: metamizol sodium (Metamizolum natricum).
1 tablet contains 500 mg of metamizole sodium monohydrate.
Excipients: potato starch, gelatin, magnesium stearate
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Oral drug.
The tablets should be taken with a sufficient amount of water.
Use the drug during or after a meal.
Adults: sporadic pain and fever: 1 tablet (500 mg) to 2 tablets (1000 mg).
The maximum single dose is 2 tablets (1000 mg of metamizole).
The maximum daily dose is 6 tablets (3000 mg metamizole).
Do not use the drug for more than 3-5 days without consulting a doctor.
The dosage of the drug should be adjusted in the case of:
elderly patients, people with decreased creatinine clearance,
liver and kidney problems.

Lek stosować w trakcie lub po posiłku.
Osoby dorosłe: bóle sporadyczne i gorączka: 1 tabletka (500 mg) do 2 tabletek (1000 mg).
Maksymalna dawka jednorazowa to 2 tabletki (1000 mg metamizolu).
Maksymalna dawka dobowa to 6 tabletek (3000 mg metamizolu).
Nie stosować leku dłużej niż 3-5 dni bez konsultacji z lekarzem.
Dawkowanie leku należy dostosować w przypadku:
pacjentów w podeszłym wieku, osób z obniżonym klirensem kreatyniny,
zaburzeń czynności wątroby i nerek.
