What is the advantage of an EFGM?
A GARLIC EFGM is free from any physical and chemical treatment that could alter the active ingredients of the plant.
He does not suffer:
Temperature rise altering flavonoids and vitamins.
Preliminary freezing, modifying the intermolecular structure of the plant (which is directly linked to the activity of the plant, and all the galenic forms which result from it).

Quel est l’avantage d’un EFGM?
