The active substance of the drug is inosine pranobex (Inosinum pranobexum): a complex containing inosine and 2-hydroxypropyl dimethylammonium 4-acetamidobenzoate in a molar ratio of 1: 3.
1 tablet contains 1000 mg of inosine pranobex.
Excipients: wheat starch, mannitol, povidone 30, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
The drug should be administered orally.
Adults including the elderly: The recommended dose is 50 mg per kg of body weight daily – usually 1 tablet 3 times a day.
Do not take more than 4 tablets a day.
Children over 1 year of age: the recommended dose is 50 mg per kg of body weight per day, given in several divided doses.
Treatment usually lasts from 4 to 14 days. It is recommended that after the symptoms disappear, the drug should be continued for 1 to 2 days.

Contraindications

Przeciwwskazania
Kiedy nie przyjmować leku Neosine forte:
jeśli pacjent ma uczulenie na substancję czynną lub którykolwiek z pozostałych składników tego leku. Objawami reakcji alergicznej mogą być: wysypka skórna, świąd, trudności w oddychaniu, obrzęk twarzy, warg, gardła lub języka.
jeśli pacjent ma aktualnie napad dny moczanowej.
