80mg of pure Cordyceps CS-4 extract, 80mg of pure Reishi extract, 80mg of pure Agaricus extract,
80mg of pure Shiitake extract, 80mg of pure Acerola extract.
Recommended dosage
3-6 capsules a day, it is recommended to always take 5 days a week and skip 2 days. It can be reduced to 1-3 capsules a day (2-3 months a year). Take the pocket on an empty stomach (at least 20 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal), drink water or light tea.

Doporučené dávkování
3–6 kapslí denně, doporučuje se užívat vždy 5 dní v týdnu a 2 dny vynechat. Je možno snížit na 1–3 kapsle denně (2–3 měsíce v roce). Kapse užívejte na lačno (min. 20 minut před jídlem či 30 minut po jídle), zapíjejte vodu nebo slabým čajem.
