Ingredients
Sugar, water, acid: citric acid, valerian and lemon balm extracts, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.
Recommended dosage: once a day, preferably one hour before bedtime, 15 ml of syrup (according to the included measuring cup). Each dose contains an average of 100 mg of valerian extract, 100 mg of lemon balm extract and 6.8 g of sugar.
Syrup can be added to drinks (water, tea, juice)
The product is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children.
The product is not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
