Lze dochutit medem nebo surovým cukrem Chancaca. Popíjet průběžně celý den nebo ve třech rovnoměrných dávkách.
Vyšší vytěžení prospěšných látek z byliny dosáhnete před vyvařením byliny její macerací. Doporučenou dávku byliny namočte v nádobě s 250 ml vlažné vody a nechte přiklopenou macerovat 24 hodin. Potom macerát scedit a vymacerovanou bylinu povařit výše popsaným způsobem. Po vychladnutí vývaru, smíchat obě tekutiny do jednoho nápoje.
doporučujeme užívat denně po dobu 1 měsíce macerát + vývar ze 7 g bylinky, poté na 1 měsíc vysadit a následně měsíční kůru opakovat.
