The drug is used for
Treatment of circulatory regulation disorders with low blood pressure (hypotension), which when changing the body position (e.g. when getting up from lying or sitting) with symptoms such as dizziness, feeling weak, pale, sweating, flickering or turning black in front of the eyes as well as with a significant drop in blood pressure without an increase in the Heartbeat rate (orthostatic dysregulation).
Contraindications and Precautions
The drug should not be taken
– if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to etilefrine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of the medicinal product, – if you have circulatory disorders with low blood pressure, if your blood pressure and heartbeat rate rise in the standing test, – if you have high blood pressure, – if you have an overactive thyroid (thyrotoxicosis – if you have a tumor in the adrenal gland (pheochromocytoma), – if your intraocular pressure is increased (narrow-angle glaucoma), – if you have problems with emptying the urinary bladder, especially if the prostate gland is enlarged with residual urine, – if the blood vessels become hardened (sclerotic vascular changes), – with severe constriction of the coronary arteries with a lack of oxygen in the heart (coronary cardiac arrhythmias), – with cardiac arrhythmias with a strongly accelerated heartbeat rate, – with constriction of the heart valves, – with a special disease of the heart muscle, which results in excessive and constricting growth of the H. ore muscle (hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy) – if you are in the first three months of pregnancy – if you are breastfeeding.
Anwendungsgebiete
Das Medikament wird angewendet zur
Behandlung von Kreislaufregulationsstorungen mit erniedrigtem Blutdruck (Hypotonie), die bei Anderung der Korperlage (z.B. beim Aufstehen vom Liegen oder Sitzen) mit Beschwerden wie Schwindel, Schwachegefuhl, Blasse, Schwei?ausbruch, Flimmern oder Schwarzwerden vor den Augen sowie mit einem deutlichen Blutdruckabfall ohne einen Anstieg der Herzschlagrate einhergehen (orthostatische Dysregulation).
Gegenanzeigen und Vorsichtsma?nahmen
Das Medikament darf nicht eingenommen werden
– wenn Sie uberempfindlich (allergisch) gegenuber Etilefrinhydrochlorid oder einem der sonstigen Bestandteile des Arzneimittels sind, – bei Kreislaufregulationsstorungen mit erniedrigtem Blutdruck, wenn Blutdruck und Herzschlagrate im Stehtest ansteigen, – wenn Sie an Bluthochdruck leiden, – wenn bei Ihnen eine Uberfunktion der Schilddruse (Thyreotoxikose) vorliegt, – bei einer Geschwulst der Nebenniere (Phaochromozytom), – wenn Ihr Augeninnendruck erhoht ist (Engwinkelglaukom), – wenn bei Ihnen Entleerungsstorungen der Harnblase vorliegen, insbesondere bei Vergro?erung der Vorsteherdruse mit Restharnbildung, – bei Verhartung der Blutgefa?e (sklerotische Gefa?veranderungen), – bei schwerer Verengung der Herzkranzgefa?e mit Sauerstoffmangel am Herzen (koronare Herzrhythmusstorungen), – bei Herzrhythmusstorungen mit stark beschleunigter Herzschlagrate, – bei Verengung an den Herzklappen, – bei einer speziellen Erkrankung des Herzmuskels, die mit uberma?igem und einengendem Wachstum des Herzmuskels einhergeht (hypertrophe obstruktive Kardiomyopathie), – wenn Sie sich in den ersten drei Monaten der Schwangerschaft befinden, – wenn Sie stillen.
