DIH is a medicinal product that increases the tone of the veins and is vasoprotective.
The active substance of the drug is micronized diosmin (Diosminum).
1 film-coated tablet contains 500 mg of micronized diosmin.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), magnesium stearate.
Coating Opadry IIPink 85F24220 composed of: polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E 171), Macrogol – PEG 3350, talc, yellow iron oxide (E 172) and red iron oxide (E 172).
Dosage
Always use this medicine as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The usual dose is 2 tablets a day with meals (morning and evening).
Only in cases of exacerbation of symptoms caused by haemorrhoids, it is recommended to administer higher doses up to 6 tablets a day, i.e. 3 tablets twice a day for 4 days, and for the next 3 days, reduce the dose: 4 tablets a day, i.e. 2 times a day. 2 tablets daily.
Action
DIH contains diosmin which is protective against the veins. It reduces their permeability, provides flexibility and increases the tension of their walls. By improving blood return from the venous system of the lower extremities, it reduces hypertension and venous stasis in these limbs.
Indications
DIH is used in patients with symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency in the lower extremities:
leg aches and cramps at night,
feeling of heaviness in the legs,
varicose veins of the lower extremities,
widen very fine venous vessels, the so-called vascular spider veins,
swelling of the legs (swelling / swelling of the legs).
DIH jest produktem leczniczym zwiększającym napięcie naczyń żylnych oraz działającym ochronnie na naczynia.
Substancją czynną leku jest zmikronizowana diosmina (Diosminum).
1 tabletka powlekana zawiera 500 mg zmikronizowanej diosminy.
Substancje pomocnicze: celuloza mikrokrystaliczna, powidon , karboksymetyloskrobia sodowa (typ A), magnezu stearynian.
Otoczka Opadry IIPink 85F24220 o składzie: poliwinylowy alkohol, tytanu dwutlenek (E 171), Makrogol – PEG 3350, talk, żelaza tlenek żółty (E 172) oraz żelaza tlenek czerwony (E 172).
Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Zazwyczaj stosowana dawka leku to 2 tabletki na dobę podczas posiłku (rano i wieczorem).
Jedynie w przypadkach zaostrzenia dolegliwości spowodowanych żylakami odbytu zaleca się podawanie większych dawek do 6 tabletek na dobę, tj. 2 razy na dobę po 3 tabletki przez 4 dni, a przez kolejne 3 dni zmniejszenie dawki: 4 tabletki na dobę, tj. 2 razy na dobę po 2 tabletki.
Działanie
Lek DIH zawiera diosminę, która wykazuje działanie ochrone wobec naczyń żylnych. Zmniejsza ich przepuszczalność, zapewnia elastyczność i zwiększa napięcie ich ścian. Poprzez poprawę powrotu krwi z układu żylnego kończyn dolnych, zmniejsza nadciśnienie i zastój żylny w tych kończynach.
Wskazania
DIH jest stosowany u pacjentów w przypadku objawów przewlekłej niewydolności krążenia żylnego kończyn dolnych:
bóle i nocne kurcze nóg,
uczucie ciężkości nóg,
żylaki kończyn dolnych,
poszerzenia bardzo drobnych naczyń żylnych, tzw. pajączki naczyniowe,
obrzęki nóg (opuchlizna / puchnięcie nóg).
