Diclac LipoGel is a skin-rubbing gel medicine that contains diclofeanac. This substance belongs to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and has anti-inflammatory, anti-edema and analgesic properties. Diclac LipoGel medium facilitates absorption of the gel and a cooling sensation. Diclac LipoGel is used for injuries (sprain, contusion), pain in muscles and joints. The drug is intended for adults and adolescents over 14 years of age.
The active substance is diclofenac sodium (Diclofenacum natricum).
1 g of gel contains 10 mg of diclofenac sodium.
Excipients: RRR-α-tocopherol, carbomer 980 NF, decyl oleate, 2-octyldodecanol, lecithin, ammonium hydroxide 10%, edetate disodium, fragrance oil “Vert de Creme”, isopropyl alcohol, purified water.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Cutaneous use, topical.
Usual dosage:
Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age: you should gently rub in an appropriate amount of the gel three or four times a day. The amount of gel should be adjusted to the size of the affected area: 2 g to 4 g of gel (corresponding to the size from cherry to walnut) are sufficient to treat a skin area of approximately 400 cm2 to 800 cm2. Hands should be washed after use, unless they are the area to be treated.
Do not use the drug for longer than:
in adults and adolescents over 14 years of age: 14 days,
in people over 18 years of age: 21 days for pain related to osteoarthritis, unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor.
Action
Diclac LipoGel contains diclofenac (sodium) which has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling properties. The gel also has a soothing and cooling effect on the skin. Diclac LipoGel has a liposomal structure that facilitates the absorption of the drug through the skin.
Indications
The indications for the use of Diclac LipoGel are:
in adults and adolescents over 14 years of age:
post-traumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (e.g. caused by sprains, strains or contusions);
back pain
limited inflammation of soft tissues, such as tendinitis, tennis elbow, bursitis, periarticular inflammation.
in adults (over 18 years of age):
limited and mild forms of osteoarthritis.
Contraindications
When not to use Diclac LipoGel:
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to diclofenac or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
if you have ever had an allergic reaction (e.g. a rash, difficulty breathing or a cough attack) to medicines containing acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen or other medicines used to treat joint and muscle pain,
in patients in the third trimester of pregnancy,
in children under 14 years of age.

Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty.

Zwykle stosowane dawkowanie:
Dorośli i młodzież powyżej 14 lat: należy trzy lub cztery razy na dobę delikatnie wcierać odpowiednią ilość żelu. Ilość żelu należy dostosować do wielkości miejsca zmienionego chorobowo: 2 g do 4 g żelu (co odpowiada wielkością od owocu wiśni do orzecha włoskiego) są wystarczające do leczenia obszaru skóry powierzchni około 400 cm2 do 800 cm2. Po zastosowaniu należy umyć ręce chyba że to właśnie one są miejscem leczonym.
Nie należy stosować leku dłużej niż:
u dorosłych i młodzieży w wieku powyżej 14 lat: 14 dni,
u osób powyżej 18 lat: 21 dni w przypadku bólu związanego z chorobą zwyrodnieniową stawów, chyba że lekarz zaleci inaczej.
Działanie
Diclac LipoGel zawiera diklofenak (sodowy), który wykazuje działanie przeciwbólowe, przeciwzapalne i przeciwobrzękowe. Żel wykazuje również działanie kojące i chłodzące skórę. Diclac LipoGel ma strukturę liposomalną, ułatwiającą wchłanianie leku przez skórę.
Wskazania
Wskazaniami do stosowania Diclac LipoGel są:
u dorosłych i młodzieży w wieku powyżej 14 lat:
pourazowe stany zapalne ścięgien, więzadeł, mięśni i stawów (np. powstałych wskutek skręceń, nadwerężeń lub stłuczeń);
bóle pleców,
ograniczone stany zapalne tkanek miękkich takich, jak: zapalenie ścięgien, łokieć tenisisty, zapalenie torebki stawowej, zapalenie okołostawowe.
u dorosłych (w wieku powyżej 18 lat):
ograniczone i łagodne postacie choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów.
Przeciwwskazania
Kiedy nie stosować Diclac LipoGel:
jeśli pacjent ma uczulenie (nadwrażliwość) na diklofenak lub na którykolwiek z pozostałych składników tego leku,
jeśli u pacjenta wystąpiła kiedykolwiek w przeszłości reakcja uczuleniowa (np. wysypka, trudności w oddychaniu lub napad kaszlu) po zastosowaniu leków zawierających kwas acetylosalicylowy, ibuprofen lub innych leków stosowanych w leczeniu bólu stawów i mięśni,
u pacjentek w trzecim trymestrze ciąży,
u dzieci poniżej 14 lat.
