2 capsules per day with a large glass of water and to be taken before the 2 main meals or 2 hours after eating.
In the event of urinary discomfort, the duration of use is usually 10 days.
To help you avoid recurrence, it is advisable to use Cys-Control for 20 days.
Drink abundantly throughout the day, a minimum of a liter and a half of water.
