Action
The medical device Cosmopor Steril is a self-adhesive, 3-layer, soft non-woven dressing.
It is permeable to water vapor and air – does not limit the natural functions of the skin;
the wound contact layer in the form of a hydrophobic mesh drains the exudate into the absorbent layer while remaining dry, so that the dressing does not stick to the wound
the absorbent layer has very good absorption properties and, due to its thickness, provides mechanical protection against pressure on the wound;
outer layer with waterproof impregnation and circumferentially distributed adhesive that tightly closes the dressing effectively protects the wound against unwanted moisture (e.g. splashes), dirt and infection;
rounded corners prevent the fleece from curling – the dressing sticks well;
the hypoallergenic glue makes the dressing friendly to the most sensitive skin.

Wyrób medyczny Cosmopor Steril to samoprzylepny, 3 warstwowy opatrunek z miękkiej włókniny.
Przepuszcza parę wodną i powietrze – nie ogranicza naturalnych funkcji skóry;
warstwa kontaktowa z raną w postaci hydrofobowej siatki odprowadza wydzielinę do warstwy chłonnej, pozostając suchą, dzięki czemu opatrunek nie przywiera do rany;
warstwa chłonna ma bardzo dobre właściwości absorpcyjne, a poprzez swoją grubość stanowi mechaniczną ochronę przed naciskiem na ranę;
warstwa zewnętrzna z wodoodporą impregegnacją oraz obwodowo rozmieszczonym klejem szczelnie zamykającym opatrunek skutecznie chroni ranę przed niepożądaną wilgocią (np. zachlapanie)zabrudzeniem i infekcją;
zaokrąglone rogi zapobiegają zwijaniu się włókniny – opatrunek trzyma się pewnie;
hipoalergiczny klej sprawiają, że opatrunek jest przyjazny najbardziej wrażliwej skórze.
