Therapeutic indications
Broncohexal is used in the treatment of respiratory diseases characterized by thick and viscous hypersecretion.
Dosage and Posology
The drug should be taken according to the following doses and methods: 1 sachet of Broncohexal 200 mg per day.
Possible dose adjustments may relate to the frequency of administration or dose splitting but must still be within the maximum daily dose of 600 mg.
Children from 2 years of age: 1 sachet of Broncohexal 100 mg 2 to 4 times a day, according to age. The duration of therapy is from 5 to 10 days
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass containing a little water, stirring as needed with a teaspoon. The powder can also be dissolved in fruit juice or iced tea. The mucolytic effect of acetylcysteine is favored by the intake of liquids.

Dosaggio e Posologia
Il farmaco va assunto secondo le seguenti dosi e modalità: 1 bustina di Broncohexal 200 mg al giorno.
Eventuali aggiustamenti della posologia possono riguardare la frequenza delle somministrazioni o il frazionamento della dose ma devono comunque essere compresi entro il dosaggio massimo giornaliero di 600 mg.
Bambini dai 2 anni di età: 1 bustina di Broncohexal 100 mg da 2 a 4 volte al giorno, secondo l’età. La durata della terapia è da 5 a 10 giorni
Sciogliere il contenuto della bustina in un bicchiere contenente un po’ d’acqua, mescolando al bisogno con un cucchiaino. La polvere può essere disciolta anche nel succo di frutta o nel tè freddo. L’effetto mucolitico dell’acetilcisteina è favorito dall’assunzione di liquidi.
