Bisacodyl VP is a medicinal product in the form of gastro-resistant tablets with a laxative and carminative effect.
The active substance is bisacodyl (Bisacodylum)
1 gastro-resistant tablet contains 5 mg of bisacodyl.
Excipients: Coating: methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer (1: 1), sodium hydroxide, triethyl citrate, polysorbate 20, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), cochineal red (E 124) lake, simethicone.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Adults and children over 10 years of age: orally, 1-2 tablets a night.
Children 4-10 years of age: orally, 1 tablet per night.
No dose adjustment is required in elderly patients, patients with renal and hepatic impairment.
Swallow the preparation whole and drink plenty of water, do not chew it or crush it.

Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak to opisano w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty. W razie wątpliwości należy zwrócić się do lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Dorośli i dzieci powyżej 10 lat: doustnie, 1-2 tabletki na noc.
Dzieci w wieku 4-10 lat: doustnie, 1 tabletka na noc.
U osób w wieku podeszłym, pacjentów z zaburzeniami czynności nerek i wątroby nie ma konieczności modyfikacji dawki.
Preparat należy połknąć w całości i obficie popić wodą, nie rozgryzać ani nie rozkruszać.
