Antidol 15 is a medicinal product for short-term use in pain of various origins (headache, after tooth extraction, osteoarticular pain, menstrual pain).
The active substances are codeine phosphate and paracetamol.
1 tablet contains 15 mg of codeine phosphate and 500 mg of paracetamol as Compap L 90% composed of: paracetamol, pregelatinized maize starch, stearic acid, povidone, crospovidone.
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1-2 tablets every 6 hours up to 4 times a day (maximum 6 tablets a day).
The maximum daily dose of paracetamol should not exceed 3 g, and codeine should not exceed 240 mg.
The drug should be taken after a meal, drinking plenty of liquid.
The drug should not be taken for more than 3 days. If the pain persists after 3 days, please consult your doctor.
Dosage in people with severe kidney problems: in people with severe kidney problems, the dosing interval should be at least 8 hours.
Dosage in people with impaired liver function: people with impaired liver function or with Gilbert’s syndrome should use the drug in a lower dose or extend the intervals between successive doses.
Antidol 15 to produkt leczniczy do krótkotrwałego stosowania w bólu różnego pochodzenia (ból głowy, po ekstrakcji zęba, kostno-stawowy, miesiączkowy).
Substancjami czynnymi są: kodeiny fosforan oraz paracetamol.
1 tabletka zawiera 15 mg fosforanu kodeiny oraz 500 mg paracetamolu jako Compap L 90% o składzie: paracetamol, skrobia kukurydziana żelowana, kwas stearynowy, powidon, krospowidon.
Substancje pomocnicze: celuloza mikrokrystaliczna, krzemionka koloidalna bezwodna, magnezu stearynian.
Dawkowanie
Ten lek należy zawsze stosować dokładnie tak, jak opisano to w ulotce dla pacjenta lub według zaleceń lekarza lub farmaceuty.
Dorośli i młodzież w wieku powyżej 12 lat: 1-2 tabletki co 6 godzin do 4 razy na dobę (maksymalnie 6 tabletek na dobę).
Maksymalna dawka dobowa paracetamolu nie powinna być większa niż 3 g, zaś kodeiny nie większa niż 240 mg.
Lek należy przyjmować po posiłku, popijając dużą ilością płynu.
Leku nie należy przyjmować dłużej niż 3 dni. Jeżeli ból nie ustąpi po 3 dniach, należy zasięgnąć porady lekarza.
Dawkowanie u osób z ciężkimi zaburzeniami czynności nerek: u osób z ciężkimi zaburzeniami czynności nerek odstępy między dawkami leku powinny wynosić co najmniej 8 godzin.
Dawkowanie u osób z zaburzeniami czynności wątroby: osoby z zaburzeniami czynności wątroby lub z zespołem Gilberta powinny stosować lek w mniejszej dawce lub wydłużyć odstępy między kolejnymi dawkami leku.
