Mode of action
HOW ANGOCIN® ANTI-INFEKT N WORKS Medicinal plants contain mustard oils in an inactive, stable form; one speaks of mustard oil glycosides / glucosinolates. After swallowing, this inactive form is converted into mustard oils by means of a plant substance contained in nasturtiums and horseradish, which are the actual active substances. The mustard oils are quickly and completely absorbed in the upper part of the intestine, i.e. absorbed into the blood. In this way the mustard oils finally reach their excretory organs, the urinary bladder and the lungs, and are highly concentrated. This is where the mustard oils unfold their effect. Since the mustard oils are already absorbed in the upper part of the intestine, the deeper intestinal regions remain unaffected. The naturally occurring intestinal bacteria that are essential for our digestion and a functioning immune system are therefore not attacked.

dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 4-5 Angocin Anti-Infekt N (pack size: 50) 3-5 times a day after a meal with plenty of water. In acute infections, children from 8 years of age and adults take 4-5 tablets every three hours. Maintain this dose for 3-5 days. If you get better afterwards, you can reduce the dose to 4 film-coated tablets 3 times a day for a week. If your state of health improves further, reduce the dose to 2 film-coated tablets 3 times a day for a further week. Thereafter, the intake can be stopped once it has completely healed.
The usual dose for children aged 4-8 is 2-3 film-coated tablets 3-5 times a day.
To prevent a new infection (e.g. with frequent bladder infections) take 2 Angocin Anti-Infect N (pack size: 50) twice a day. To prepare your immune system for the cold season, you can take 2 Angocin Anti-Infect N (pack size: 50) with every breakfast from the beginning of autumn to the end of winter.
Wirkungsweise
SO WIRKT ANGOCIN® ANTI-INFEKT N In den Arzneipflanzen sind Senföle in einer inaktiven, stabilen Form enthalten, man spricht dann von Senfölglycosiden/Glucosinolaten. Aus dieser inaktiven Form werden nach dem Schlucken durch Umwandlung mittels eines in Kapuzinerkresse und Meerrettich enthaltenen Pflanzenstoffes Senföle freigesetzt, welche die eigentlichen aktiven Subs- tanzen darstellen. Bereits im oberen Darmabschnitt werden die Senföle dann schnell und vollständig resorbiert, also ins Blut aufgenommen. Auf diesem Wege gelangen die Senföle schließlich zu ihren Ausscheidungsorganen, der Harnblase und der Lunge, und liegen hochkonzentriert vor. Hier entfalten die Senföle ihre Wirkung. Da die Senföle bereits im oberen Darmabschnitt aufgenommen werden, bleiben tiefere Darmregionen unbeeinflusst. Die dort natürlich vorkommenden, für unsere Verdauung und ein funktionierendes Immunsystem essenziellen Darmbakterien, werden also nicht angegriffen.

Dosierung
Falls nicht anders verordnet, nehmen Sie 3-5mal täglich 4-5 Angocin Anti-Infekt N (Packungsgröße: 50 stk) unzerkaut nach einer Mahlzeit mit ausreichend Wasser ein. Bei akuten Infekten nehmen Kinder ab 8 Jahren und Erwachsene alle drei Stunden 4-5 Tabletten ein. Behalten Sie diese Dosis über 3-5 Tage bei. Bei einer anschließenden Besserung können Sie die Dosis für eine Woche auf täglich 3x 4 Filmtabletten reduzieren. Bei einer weiteren Besserung des Gesundheitszustandes verringern Sie die Dosis dann für eine weitere Woche auf 3x 2 Filmtabletten täglich. Danach kann bei völligem Ausheilen die Einnahme beendet werden.
Die übliche Dosis für Kinder von 4-8 Jahren beträgt 3-5mal täglich 2-3 Filmtabletten.
Zur Vorbeugung eines erneuten Infekts (z.B. bei häufiger Blasenentzündungen) nehmen Sie 2x täglich 2 Angocin Anti-Infekt N (Packungsgröße: 50 stk) ein. Zur Vorbereitung Ihres Immunsystems auf die kalte Jahreszeit können Sie mit Beginn des Herbstes bis zum Ende des Winters zu jedem Frühstück 2 Angocin Anti-Infekt N (Packungsgröße: 50 stk) einnehmen.
