Sinupret is an aqueous-alcoholic extract of herbal drugs containing bitters, saponins, flavonoids, hydroxyphenylcarboxylic acids, esters and steroid triterpenes. It increases the formation, dissolution and expectoration of mucus and has an anti-inflammatory and partly also against viral and bacterial infections.

The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures. These include: inflammation of the ear, nose and throat area and sinuses (sinusitis).
