Mode of action
The effect of the 2 mm large seeds is based on particularly effective soluble swelling substances. These can absorb and bind many times their own weight in fluid in the intestine. Wirkungsweise
Die Wirkung der 2 mm gro?en Samen beruht auf besonders effektiven loslichen Quellstoffen. Diese konnen im Darm ein Vielfaches ihres eigenen Gewichts an Flussigkeit aufnehmen und binden. Dadurch nimmt, bei der Einnahme mit ausreichend Flussigkeit, der Darminhalt zu und wird weicher. Zusatzlich wird die Gleitfahigkeit des Stuhls verbessert. Der Weitertransport und die Stuhlentleerung werden spurbar erleichtert.
Ebenfalls haben sich Flohsamen zur unterstutzenden Therapie bei Durchfall bewahrt. Aufgrund der Quellfahigkeit der Flohsamen wird der hohe Flussigkeitsanteil im Darm verringert und der Stuhl eingedickt. Flohsamen sind einfach in der Anwendung und konnen auch wahrend der Schwangerschaft verwendet werden. Sie sind zur Bildung von weichem Stuhl, z.B. bei Hamorrhoiden oder Verletzungen der Afterschleimhaut, auch zur langerfristigen Einnahme geeignet und fuhren nicht zur Gewohnung.
