Yarrow herb is a herbal medicinal product used as an appetite stimulant and in the symptomatic treatment of mild spasms.
The active substance is yarrow herb (Millefolii herba).
1 g of the medicinal product contains 1 g of yarrow herb.
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist
In the case of anorexia and gastrointestinal discomfort:
Adolescents over 12 years of age, adults and the elderly: 1 – 2 tablespoons of yarrow herb (2 – 4 g) pour a glass (250 ml) of boiling water and leave for 15 – 20 minutes.
Drink a glass of the infusion 3 – 4 times a day between meals.
In case of anorexia, take 30 minutes before a meal.
If symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks despite the use of the drug, a doctor should be consulted.
In complaints related to the period of menstruation:
Adolescents over 12 years of age, adults: 0.5 – 1 tablespoon of yarrow herb (1 – 2 g) pour a glass (250 ml) of boiling water and leave for 15 – 20 minutes.
Drink a glass of infusion 2 – 3 times a day.
If symptoms persist for more than 1 week despite the use of the drug, a doctor should be consulted.

Pić po szklance naparu 3 – 4 razy dziennie pomiędzy posiłkami.
W przypadku braku łaknienia przyjmować 30 minut przed posiłkiem.
Jeżeli objawy utrzymują sie dłużej niż 2 tygodnie pomimo stosowania leku należy skonsultować się z lekarzem.
