Soventol – Gel is an antihistamine. Antihistamines are active ingredients that weaken or cancel the effect of the body’s own messenger substance, histamine.
Soventol – Gel is used to relieve mild to moderate reactions to insect bites (e.g. mosquito bites) with itching.
How should Soventol® Gel be used?
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has discussed. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Apply Soventol – Gel in a thin layer on the skin. As far as your well-being allows, you can also gently massage the gel in. Repeat the application at ½ hour intervals as long as necessary.

Wenden Sie dieses Arzneimittel immer genau wie in der Packungsbeilage beschrieben bzw. genau nach der mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker getroffenen Absprache an. Fragen Sie bei Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker nach, wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind.
Tragen Sie Soventol – Gel in dunner Schicht auf die Haut auf. Soweit es Ihr Befinden zulasst, konnen Sie das Gel auch vorsichtig einmassieren. Wiederholen Sie die Anwendung, solange erforderlich, in ?-stundigen Abstanden.
Kinder
Die Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit von Soventol-Gel bei Kindern wurde nicht hinreichend untersucht. Es kann daher keine Empfehlung zur Dosierung gegeben werden.
