Active ingredients
Folic acid (folate) is important for the normal growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy . A rich and varied diet can provide about 200 denněg of folic acid per day, while the recommended daily dose for adults is 400 µg, for pregnant women 600-1000 µg.
In weaker (heterozygous) classical folic acid metabolizers (about 50% of the population) the efficiency of the MTHFR enzyme is reduced to about 75%, in weak (homozygous) classical acid metabolizers (about 10% of the population) the efficiency of the MTHFR enzyme is reduced to about 25%.
