Guarana – Paullinia cupana (Drinking Paulinia) is one of the strongest legal stimulants. It is non-addictive and very gentle.
Ground seed contains approximately 5% caffeine, which is almost twice as much as coffee. In addition, thanks to the content of theophylline and theobromine, it works much longer (up to 5 hours) and the effect is not as aggressive – it does not raise as much blood pressure as coffee. Thanks to gentle processing – it does not fry, unlike guarana coffee, it also retains vitamins (C and some B), does not acidify and does not irritate the stomach.

Mleté semeno obsahuje přibližni 5% kofeinu, což je téměř 2x tolik než obsahuje káva. Navíc díky obsahu theofylinu a theobrominu působí mnohem déle (až 5 hodin ) a účinek není tak agresivní – nezvedá tolik krevní tlak jako káva. Díky šetrnému zpracování – nepraží se, si narozdíl od kávy guarana uchovává i vitamíny (C a některé B), nepřekyseluje a nedráždí žaludek.
