Sanorin 1 ‰ causes narrowing of the inflammation of the dilated vessels of the nasal mucosa, which leads to a reduction in the swelling of the mucosa and the release of mucus from the nose, paranasal sinuses and the tube connecting the middle ear and pharynx (Eustachian tubes). This allows free breathing through the nose. The therapeutic effect usually starts within 5 minutes and lasts 4-6 hours.
Sanorin 1 ‰ is used to relieve the symptoms of acute rhinitis, sinusitis and otitis media. It is also given on the recommendation of a doctor to reduce the swelling of the mucous membranes during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Sanorin 1‰ způsobuje zúžení zánětem rozšířených cév nosní sliznice, což vede ke zmenšení otoku sliznice a uvolnění hlenu z nosu, vedlejších nosních dutin a trubice spojující střední ucho a hltan (Eustachovy trubice). Tím je umožněno volné dýchání nosem. Léčebný účinek nastupuje zpravidla do 5 minut a přetrvává 4-6 hodin.
Sanorin 1‰ se používá k mírnění příznaků u akutní rýmy, zánětu vedlejších nosních dutin a zánětu středního ucha. Dále se podává na doporučení lékaře k opadnutí otoku sliznice při diagnostických a léčebných zákrocích.
