CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to the active or any of the excipients.
DOSAGE
1-2 sprays into each nostril 3-4 times a day; do not exceed the recommended dose. After the symptoms of acute rhinitis have been resolved, it is recommended to continue treatment with a sodium-only cromoglycate drug in order to prevent symptoms.
STORAGE
No special conservation measures are provided.
WARNINGS
In case, if it is prepared for taking in high doses, systemic effects from antihistamines may appear (see also the section “Side Effects”). The specialty should be used with caution in the elderly, in those with a history of prostatic hypertrophy and glaucoma, and in the case of peptic ulcer disease, formation of structures and obstruction of the bladder neck. Use with caution even in case of liver failure. Attention: Rinofrenal 4% + 0.2% nasal spray solution contains methyl p-hydroxybenzoic and propyl p-hydroxybenzoic, which may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).

1-2 spruzzi in ciascuna narice 3-4 volte al giorno; non superare la dose raccomandata. Dopo che i sintomi della rinite acuta sono stati eliminati, si raccomanda di continuare il trattamento con un farmaco cromoglicato a base di solo sodio per prevenire i sintomi.

Non sono previste misure di conservazione speciali.
AVVERTENZE
Nel caso in cui, se è preparato per l’assunzione a dosi elevate, possono manifestarsi effetti sistemici da antistaminici (vedere anche la sezione “Effetti collaterali”). La specialità deve essere usata con cautela negli anziani, in quelli con una storia di ipertrofia prostatica e glaucoma, e in caso di ulcera peptica, formazione di strutture e ostruzione del collo vescicale. Usare con cautela anche in caso di insufficienza epatica Attenzione: La soluzione spray nasale di Rinofrenal 4% + 0,2% contiene metil-p-idrossibenzoico e propil p-idrossibenzoico, che possono causare reazioni allergiche (eventualmente ritardate).
