The mechanism of release of active substances during maceration in 50% alcohol is much more intense in comparison with herbal decoctions or hot water extracts. When using tinctures, the active substances are released already in the oral cavity, which contributes to higher efficiency.

Take 1 drop per 1 kg body weight per day. Divide the daily dose into two parts – morning and evening. It is a good idea to shake the tincture before use. Slight turbidity is normal. Up to three times the dose can be given after consultation with a specialist. Use the tincture on an empty stomach. The minimum interval is 30 minutes before or one hour after a meal. The tincture can be poured with a little hot water, which will evaporate the alcohol. This procedure is suitable for children or drivers.
