Dosage and method of use
Take 1 capsule twice a day before meals. Swallow the capsule whole with plenty of water.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains 150 mg of whole lyophilised reishi / glossy cork powder without additives with a content of 33.20 mg of β-glucan of approx. 1.5%.
Capsule shell: cellulose.
