Best in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed one teaspoon in 0.25 l of lukewarm water and drink quickly. Can be added to yoghurts and fruit juices. Each dose must be taken with a large amount of water. The maximum recommended dose is 10 g per day (approximately 5 teaspoons).
