Field of use:
PENTATOP® 100mg capsules are used for food allergies that cannot be treated by not eating the triggering food.
Contraindications:
PENTATOP® 100mg capsules must not be administered to patients with known hypersensitivity to sodium cromoglicate (Ph. Eur.) Or any of the other ingredients of the drug. The use of PENTATOP® 100mg capsules for babies in the first two months of life (longer for premature babies) is currently not recommended.
Side effects:
Generalized disorders / immune system: Hypersensitivity reactions with skin rash, pruritus, swelling of the skin and mucous membranes, hives and (very rarely) severe generalized anaphylactic reactions with narrowed airways (bronchospasm, laryngeal edema) have been observed. Musculoskeletal system: joint pain (very rare) Follow the instructions for use!

Anwendungsgebiet:
PENTATOP® 100mg Kapseln wird angewendet bei Nahrungsmittelallergien, die nicht durch den Verzicht auf das auslosende Nahrungsmittel behandelbar sind.
Gegenanzeigen:
PENTATOP® 100mg Kapseln darf nicht verabreicht werden bei Patienten mitbekannter Uberempfindlichkeit gegenuber Natriumcromoglicat (Ph. Eur.) oder einem der sonstigen Bestandteile des Arzneimittels. Der Einsatz von PENTATOP® 100mg Kapseln kann bei Sauglingen in den ersten beiden Lebensmonaten (bei Fruhgeborenen entsprechend langer) zurzeit noch nicht empfohlen werden.
Nebenwirkungen:
Generalisierte Storungen/Immunsystem: Beobachtet wurden (sehr selten) Uberempfindlichkeitsreaktionen mit Hautausschlag, Juckreiz, Haut- und Schleimhautschwellung, Nesselsucht sowie (sehr selten) schwere generalisierte anaphylaktische Reaktionen mit verengten Atemwegen (Bronchospasmus, Larynxodem). Muskel- und Skelettsystem: Gelenkschmerzen (sehr selten) Gebrauchsinformation beachten!

Domaine d’utilisation :
Les gelules PENTATOP® 100 mg sont utilisees pour les allergies alimentaires qui ne peuvent etre traitees en ne mangeant pas l’aliment declencheur.
Contre-indications :
Les capsules PENTATOP® a 100 mg ne doivent pas etre administrees aux patients presentant une hypersensibilite connue au cromoglicate de sodium (Ph. Eur.) ou a l’un des autres composants du medicament. L’utilisation de capsules PENTATOP® 100 mg pour les bebes au cours des deux premiers mois de vie (plus longtemps pour les bebes prematures) n’est actuellement pas recommandee.
Effets secondaires:
Troubles generalises/systeme immunitaire : Des reactions d’hypersensibilite avec eruption cutanee, prurit, gonflement de la peau et des muqueuses, urticaire et (tres rarement) reactions anaphylactiques generalisees severes avec retrecissement des voies respiratoires (bronchospasme, ?deme larynge) ont ete observees. Appareil locomoteur : douleurs articulaires (tres rare) Suivez le mode d’emploi !

Campo de uso:
Las capsulas de PENTATOP® de 100 mg se utilizan para las alergias alimentarias que no se pueden tratar al no comer el alimento desencadenante.
Contraindicaciones:
Las capsulas de PENTATOP® de 100 mg no deben administrarse a pacientes con hipersensibilidad conocida al cromoglicato de sodio (Ph. Eur.) O a cualquiera de los demas componentes del farmaco. Actualmente no se recomienda el uso de capsulas de PENTATOP® de 100 mg para bebes en los primeros dos meses de vida (mas tiempo para bebes prematuros).
Efectos secundarios:
Trastornos generalizados / sistema inmunologico: Se han observado reacciones de hipersensibilidad con erupcion cutanea, prurito, hinchazon de la piel y membranas mucosas, urticaria y (muy raramente) reacciones anafilacticas generalizadas graves con estrechamiento de las vias respiratorias (broncoespasmo, edema laringeo).
