Gold Omega 3 is a dietary supplement containing omega-3 fatty acids in the form of softgels. High-quality cold-water fish oil, graded at 65% omega-3 fatty acids, supplementing the diet with essential omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the proper functioning of the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
