Therapeutic indications
Neo Nasal Borocillin contains oxymetazoline hydrochloride which belongs to a group of medicines known as nasal decongestants for topical use. These medicines help constrict the blood vessels of the nose, reducing edema of the nasal mucosa (the inner lining of the nose) and making breathing easier. Neo Borocillin Nasal Spray is indicated to free (decongest) the “stuffy nose”, especially in case of cold.
Dosage and posology
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended dose in adults and children over 12 years is:
1 spray per nostril every 6-12 hours, as needed or as directed by the doctor. Do not exceed the indicated dose.
Do not exceed 4 days of treatment unless otherwise indicated by the doctor. Consult your doctor if the disorder occurs repeatedly or if you have noticed any recent changes in its characteristics.

Neo Borocillina Nasale contiene ossimetazolina cloridrato che appartiene ad un gruppo di medicinali conosciuti come decongestionanti nasali per uso topico. Questi medicinali contribuiscono a costringere i vasi sanguigni del naso, riducendo l’edema della mucosa nasale (il rivestimento interno del naso) e facilitando la respirazione. Lo spray Neo Borocillina Nasale è indicato per liberare (decongestionare) il “naso chiuso”, soprattutto in caso di raffreddore.
Dosaggio e posologia
Usi questo medicinale seguendo sempre esattamente quanto riportato in questo foglio o le istruzioni del medico o del farmacista. Se ha dubbi consulti il medico o il farmacista. La dose raccomandata negli adulti e bambini oltre i 12 anni è:
1 spruzzo per narice ogni 6-12 ore, se necessario o secondo indicazione del medico. Non superi la dosi indicata.
Non superi i 4 giorni di trattamento salvo diversa indicazione del medico. Consulti il medico se il disturbo si presenta ripetutamente o se ha notato un qualsiasi cambiamento recente delle sue caratteristiche.
