Dosage
CLOTRIMAZOLE EG should be applied in small quantities two to three times a day in correspondence with the affected area, rubbing lightly, after having carefully washed and dried the part. CLOTRIMAZOLE EG 1% cream is especially indicated for the treatment of hairless (hairless) skin areas. In general, for the disappearance of the manifestations, a treatment period without interruption of three to four weeks is sufficient. In order to consolidate the therapeutic results obtained and avoid reinfection, it is advisable to continue therapy with CLOTRIMAZOLE EG for at least two weeks after the disappearance of the manifestations. To avoid relapses, very common in mycosis, it is good to inform the patient that he must observe some elementary hygiene rules: frequent change of underwear; towels and their chemical or thermal disinfection; avoid promiscuity of clothing and linen.

Posologia
CLOTRIMAZOLO EG va applicato in piccola quantita due-tre volte al giorno in corrispondenza della zona affetta, frizionando leggermente, dopo aver lavato ed asciugato accuratamente la parte. CLOTRIMAZOLO EG 1% crema e specialmente indicata per il trattamento delle zone cutanee glabre (senza peli). In genere, per la scomparsa delle manifestazioni, e sufficiente un periodo di trattamento senza interruzione di tre-quattro settimane. Al fine di consolidare i risultati terapeutici ottenuti ed evitare reinfezioni, e opportuno proseguire la terapia con CLOTRIMAZOLO EG per almeno due settimane dopo la scomparsa delle manifestazioni. Per evitare recidive, assai comuni nelle micosi, e bene informare il paziente che deve osservare alcune elementari norme igieniche: frequente ricambio della biancheria intima; degli asciugamani e loro disinfezione chimica o termica; evitare promiscuita degli indumenti e della biancheria.
