5 to 15 drops per day, in the morning, outside of meals, pure (keep 20 seconds in the mouth on the tongue) or diluted in a little water, or better still diluted in a tablespoon of Dépurasève, all in a 1L bottle of water. Start with a low dosage and gradually increase until you get the desired effect.
For children, 2 to 5 drops per day are enough.
