Lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) is another fungus in traditional Chinese medicine, which has been used since the 3rd century. BC Ancient Chinese masters say of Lingzhi (which means “Beautiful Flower”) that he “will resurrect the dead and put everyone on their feet,” so it has been worshiped for centuries as a symbol of success and well-being. Lingzhi is a unique unit that boasts the name Cure of Eternal Life . It is unique, which is a kind of natural recycling organism, so it produces its own nutrients. Lingzhiacts to improve the functions of 5 key organs of the human body: heart, lungs, liver, spleen and kidneys. The basic effect is “support of the essence of life and protection of the root of life” , in our Western terminology, improving the immune system, which differs from other other types of treatment, which either treat only the symptoms of the disease or only supplement deficiencies in the body. Lingzhi helps to harmonize the body at the physical, mental, spiritual and immunological levels by ensuring the proper functioning of all organs. Therefore, e.g. ancient Taoist monks regularly used it to strengthen memory, improve concentration, and spread wisdom.

Another ingredient is special saponins that prevent blood clotting, lower blood pressure and have an anti-inflammatory effect in case of pain and inflammation of the joints.
Dosage:
1 scoop twice a day (preferably in the morning and at noon, because they are then unnecessarily full of energy at night),
children from 3 to 8 years of age use 1 scoop a day (a level scoop is about 1.5 g).
It is always necessary to pour a little warm water over the powder and mix it properly, it is still warm and tastes similar to bitter coffee or tea. It can also be mixed into the morning Drink of the Chinese Wise Men (code 900), which creates a quite tasty breakfast.
