Dosage
Unless the doctor determines otherwise, adults, adolescents and children are applied to the affected area and its surroundings 2-3 times a day about 1 mm thick layer of cream, which is lightly rubbed into the skin. For venous diseases, it is possible to apply a compression bandage. In case of extensive and painful bleeding, the cream-treated area may initially be covered with an airtight bandage, preferably overnight. Symptoms

Dávkování
Pokud lékař neurčí jinak, dospělým, mladistvým a dětem se nanáší na postižené místo a jeho okolí 2-3x denně asi 1mm silná vrstva krému, která se lehce vetře do kůže. U žilních onemocnění je možné přiložit kompresní obvaz. Při rozsáhlých a bolestivých krevních výronech se může zpočátku místo ošetřené krémem překrýt neprodyšným obvazem, nejlépe přes noc. U bércového vředu se krém vtírá do jeho okolí. Pokud lékař neurčí jinak, Heparoid Léčiva krém se při těchto onemocněních používá většinou po dobu 1-2 týdnů.
Příznaky
Záněty šlach, poúrazové otoky, zhmožděniny a podvrtnutí, zlepšení tvorby jizev po zraněních nebo operacích a změkčení tuhých a vystupujících jizev, místní léčba zánětů povrchových žil, zánětů v okolí žil, změkčení ztuhlé kůže při žilní nedostatečnosti.
Prevence
Snižuje srážlivost krve v místě zánětu nebo pohmoždění při úrazu. Zabraňuje tvorbě krevních sraženin, urychluje vstřebávání krevních výronů, snižuje tvorbu otoků a působí protizánětlivě. Následně po ústupu otoků a krevních výronů se snižuje pocit napětí a bolesti v místě zánětu nebo poranění
