Therapeutic indications
Short-term treatment of occasional constipation.
Dosage
The correct dose is the minimum sufficient to produce an easy evacuation. It is advisable to initially use the minimum doses provided. Adults and adolescents (12 – 18 years): 1 single-dose adult container as needed, for a maximum of 1 or 2 doses per day. Children aged 6–11 years: 1–2 single-dose containers for children / infants as needed, for a maximum of 1 or 2 doses per day. Children aged 2–6 years: 1 single-dose container children / infants as needed, for a maximum of 1 or -2 doses per day. Instructions for use Remove the cannula cover by folding it at the base (as shown in the figure). Place your forefinger and thumb on the round ring located above the bellows and, with the other hand, bend the cannula cover until it detaches from the body of the container. During the operation, never grab the bellows, otherwise the medicine would leak before use. It may be helpful to lubricate the cannula with a drop of the solution itself, before introducing it into the rectum and pressing the bellows. Remove the cannula while pressing the bellows. Each container must be used for one administration only; any remaining medicine must be discarded. In children under the age of twelve, the medicine can only be used after consulting your doctor. Laxatives should be used as infrequently as possible for no more than seven days (see section 4.4). A diet rich in liquids favors the effect of the medicine.

Posologia
La dose corretta è quella minima sufficiente a produrre una facile evacuazione. E’ consigliabile usare inizialmente le dosi minime previste. Adulti e adolescenti (12 – 18 anni): 1 contenitore monodose adulti al bisogno, per un massimo di 1 o 2 somministrazioni al giorno. Bambini di età compresa tra 6–11 anni: 1–2 contenitori monodose bambini/prima infanzia al bisogno, per un massimo di 1 o 2 somministrazioni al giorno. Bambini di età compresa tra 2–6 anni: 1 contenitore monodose bambini/prima infanzia al bisogno, per un massimo di 1 o 2 somministrazioni al giorno. Istruzioni per l’uso Togliere il copricannula piegandolo alla base (come indicato in figura). Appoggiare indice e pollice sulla ghiera rotonda posta sopra il soffietto e, con l’altra mano, piegare il copricannula fino a provocarne il distacco del corpo del contenitore. Durante l’operazione, non afferrare mai il soffietto, altrimenti si verificherebbe la fuoriuscita del medicinale prima dell’utilizzo. Può essere utile lubrificare la cannula con una goccia della soluzione stessa, prima di introdurla nel retto e premere il soffietto. Estrarre la cannula tenendo premuto il soffietto. Ogni contenitore deve essere utilizzato per una sola somministrazione; eventuale medicinale residuo deve essere eliminato. Nei bambini sotto i dodici anni il medicinale può essere utilizzato solo dopo aver consultato il medico. I lassativi devono essere utilizzati il meno frequentemente possibile per non più di sette giorni (vedere paragrafo 4.4). Una dieta ricca di liquidi favorisce l’effetto del medicinale.
