The medicine is an anti-inflammatory, pain reliever patch that is used on the skin. It belongs to the group of non-steroidal pain and inflammation inhibitors (NSAIDs = non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). It is used for the local, symptomatic treatment of pain associated with epicondylitis (e.g. tennis elbow) and ankle sprains (sprains / strains of the ankle).
