Therapeutic indications
Fexallegra nasale is used in adults and adolescents from 12 years of age to treat the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (eg ‘hay fever’). Allergic rhinitis causes a runny nose and sneezing and swelling of the nasal mucous membranes causing a feeling of obstruction. Fexallegra nasale reduces swelling and nasal irritation and relieves sneezing, itching, stuffy and runny nose conditions. Talk to your doctor if you don’t feel better or if you feel worse after 4 days.
Dosage and posology
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years: the recommended dose is: spray 1-2 times into each nostril every 8-12 hours.
Warning: do not exceed the indicated doses. Do not use nasal Fexallegra for more than 4 days. Consult your doctor if the disorder occurs repeatedly or if you have noticed any recent changes in its characteristics.

Indicazioni terapeutiche
Fexallegra nasale si usa negli adulti e negli adolescenti a partire dai 12 anni per il trattamento dei sintomi della rinite allergica (ad es. “raffreddore da fieno”). La rinite allergica provoca naso che cola e starnuti e gonfiore delle mucose nasali causando una sensazione di ostruzione. Fexallegra nasale riduce il gonfiore e l’irritazione nasale e allevia gli starnuti, il prurito, le condizioni di naso chiuso e di naso che cola. Si rivolga al medico se lei non si sente meglio o se si sente peggio dopo 4 giorni.
Dosaggio e posologia
Usi questo medicinale seguendo sempre esattamente quanto riportato in questo foglio o le istruzioni del medico o del farmacista. Se ha dubbi consulti il medico o il farmacista.
Adulti e adolescenti sopra i 12 anni: la dose raccomandata è: nebulizzare 1-2 volte per narice ogni 8-12 ore.
Attenzione: non superi le dosi indicate. Non usi Fexallegra nasale per più di 4 giorni. Consulti il medico se il disturbo si presenta ripetutamente o se ha notato un qualsiasi cambiamento recente delle sue caratteristiche.
