If you want to use a lozenge for a sore throat, especially during the day, Dobendan® Direkt is recommended for severe to very severe sore throats and severe swallowing difficulties. Dobendan® Direkt has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects – without numbing. The reliable effectiveness of Dobendan® Direkt lozenges is based on the active ingredient flurbiprofen: This penetrates deep into the inflamed throat tissue and not only relieves pain there, but also reduces inflammatory reactions at the same time. The mucous membranes can swell quickly, so that swallowing difficulties are also reduced. An initial improvement in symptoms occurs within 20 minutes. The effect of a sore throat tablet lasts for a total of up to four hours, with no anesthetic substances being used at all. Dobendan® Direkt lozenges for sore throats are suitable for adults and children from the age of twelve.
For the night we recommend the Dobendan® Direct Spray Flurbiprofen. 80% of sore throats are caused by viruses – antibiotics cannot help against these types of pathogens as they only work against bacteria. Dobendan® Direct Spray with Flurbiprofen takes effect after just five minutes and relieves sore throats for up to six hours. The sore throat spray contains the active ingredient flurbiprofen, which penetrates deep into the inflamed throat tissue and has an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and thus decongestant effect there. Using a special spray attachment, the solution can be easily and specifically distributed in the throat. Since the throat spray is sugar-free and, unlike lozenges, there is no risk of swallowing it, it is suitable for use before going to bed. This enables a good night’s sleep without an annoying sore throat. Dobendan Direct Spray and Dobendan Direct Lozenges both contain 8.75 mg of flurbiprofen per single dose. Do not use more than 5 single doses of 8.75 mg flurbiprofen in 24 hours.

Wer bei Halsschmerzen speziell während des Tages auf eine Lutschtablette zurückgreifen möchte, für den ist Dobendan® Direkt bei starken bis sehr starken Halsschmerzen und bei starken Schluckbeschwerden zu empfehlen. Dobendan® Direkt wirkt entzündungshemmend und schmerzstillend – ohne zu betäuben. Die zuverlässige Wirksamkeit von Dobendan® Direkt Lutschtabletten basiert auf dem Wirkstoff Flurbiprofen: Dieser dringt tief in das entzündete Rachengewebe ein und lindert dort nicht nur den Schmerz, sondern reduziert gleichzeitig auch die Entzündungsreaktionen. Die Schleimhäute können so rasch abschwellen, sodass auch Schluckbeschwerden gemindert werden. Eine erste Besserung der Symptome erfolgt bereits innerhalb von 20 Minuten. Die Wirkung einer Halsschmerztablette hält insgesamt für bis zu vier Stunden an, wobei auf den Einsatz betäubender Stoffe vollständig verzichtet wird. Dobendan® Direkt Lutschtabletten gegen Halsschmerzen sind für Erwachsene und Kinder ab zwölf Jahren geeignet.
Für die Nacht empfehlen wir das Dobendan® Direkt Spray Flurbiprofen. 80 % der Halsschmerzen werden durch Viren verursacht – Antibiotika können gegen diese Art von Erregern keine Abhilfe schaffen, da sie nur gegen Bakterien wirken. Dobendan® Direkt Spray mit Flurbiprofen wirkt bereits nach fünf Minuten und lindert Halsschmerzen langanhaltend für bis zu sechs Stunden. Das Halswehspray beinhaltet den Wirkstoff Flurbiprofen, der tief in das entzündete Rachengewebe eindringen und dort schmerzstillend, entzündungshemmend und damit abschwellend wirken kann. Mittels eines speziellen Sprühaufsatzes lässt sich die Lösung einfach und gezielt im Rachen verteilen. Da das Halsspray zuckerfrei ist und im Gegensatz zu Lutschtabletten kein Verschlucken droht, eignet es sich problemlos für eine Anwendung vor dem Schlafengehen. So ist eine angenehme Nachtruhe ohne störende Halsschmerzen möglich. Dobendan Direkt Spray und Dobendan Direkt Lutschtabletten enthalten beide pro Einzeldosis 8,75 mg Flurbiprofen. Nicht mehr als 5 Einzeldosen 8,75 mg Flurbiprofen in 24h anwenden.
