Digestonic oral fluid is a traditional indigestion medication containing anthranoid compounds. The medicinal product can be used in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
The active substances are the liquid extract of: Hyperici herba (St. John’s wort), Chamomillae flore (chamomile flower), Menthae piperitae folio (peppermint leaf), Rhei radice (rooting root), Rosae fructu (rose fruit), Foeniculi fructu (fennel fruit) ), Coriandri fructu (coriander fruit).
1 ml [equivalent to 0.89 g] of oral fluid contains 1 ml of Hyperici herba liquid extract (St. John’s wort) – 5.70 parts, Chamomillae flore (chamomile flower) – 2.84 parts, Menthae piperitae folio (mint leaf) pepper) – 2.84 parts, Rhei radice (rooting root) – 2.86 parts, Rosae fructu (rose fruit) – 2.84 parts, Foeniculi fructu (fennel fruit) – 1.46 parts, Coriandri fruct (coriander fruit) – 1.46 parts (1: 5). Extractant – ethanol 70% (V / V).
1 ml of the product contains 0.31-0.45 mg of anthranoid compounds as rhein.
Ethanol content 60.0 – 68.0% (V / V).

The drug is administered orally, after dilution. The traditional dosage of Digestonic is 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of the drug diluted in 1/4 cup of water 3 times a day.
