Diclofenacum Fastum is a medicinal product with analgesic, cooling and anti-inflammatory properties for use in injuries (sprains, contusions), pain in muscles and joints.
The active substance is: diclofenac (Diclofenacum natricum).
1 g of gel contains 10 mg of diclofenac sodium.
Excipients: trolamine, cocosyl caprylocaproate, macrogol cetostearyl ether, isopropyl alcohol, carbomer, propylene glycol, paraffin, purified water, fragrance containing amylcinnamaldehyde, coumarin, d-limonene and hexylcinnamaldehyde.
Dosage

The gel is used for 14 days in adults and up to 7 days in adolescents over 14 years of age.
Adolescents over 14 years of age and adults: 3-4 times a day. Usually 2-4 g of gel (4-8 cm strip) is applied to the sore spot. The gel should be gently massaged until completely absorbed.
Action
Diclofenacum Fastum contains diclofenac (sodium) which has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-edema effects. The gel also has a soothing and cooling effect on the skin.
Indications
Adolescents over 14 years of age: short-term treatment:
symptomatic and local treatment of pain in strains, contusions, sprains caused by blunt injuries.
Adults: Topical symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation in:
injuries to tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints, e.g. due to sprains, strains and contusions,
limited forms of inflammation of soft tissues,
mild form of osteoarthritis.
Contraindications
Do not take Diclofenacum Fastum:
in case of hypersensitivity to diclofenac sodium or any of the other ingredients of this medicine,
if you are allergic to other NSAIDs and aspirin,
in women during the third trimester of pregnancy,
in children and adolescents under 14 years of age,
if asthma attacks, urticaria, acute mucositis occur after administration of acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.

Dawkowanie

Żel stosuje się do 14 dni u dorosłych oraz do 7 dni u młodzieży powyżej 14 lat.
Młodzież powyżej 14 lat i dorośli: 3-4 razy na dobę. Na bolące miejsce nakłada się zwykle 2-4 g żelu (pasek 4-8 cm). Żel należy delikatnie wmasować do całkowitego wchłonięcia się.
Działanie
Diclofenacum Fastum zawiera diklofenak (sodowy), który wykazuje działanie przeciwbólowe, przeciwzapalne i przeciwobrzękowe. Żel wykazuje również działanie kojące i chłodzące skórę.
Wskazania
Młodzież powyżej 14 lat: leczenie krótkotrwałe:
objawowe i miejscowe leczenie bólu w nadwyrężeniach, stłuczeniach, skręceniach wywołanymi urazami tępymi.
Dorośli: miejscowe, objawowe leczenie bólu i zapalenia w:
urazach ścięgien, więzadeł, mięśni i stawów, np. z powodu skręcenia, nadwyrężenia i stłuczenia,
ograniczonych postaciach stanów zapalnych tkanek miękkich,
łagodnej postaci choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów.
Przeciwwskazania
Kiedy nie stosować leku Diclofenacum Fastum:
w przypadku nadwrażliwości na diklofenak sodowy lub którykolwiek z pozostałych składników tego leku,
w przypadku uczulenia na inne NLPZ i aspiryną,
u kobiet w okresie III trymestru ciąży,
u dzieci i młodzieży poniżej 14 lat,
jeśli po podaniu kwasu acetylosalicylowego lub innych NLPZ występują napady astmy, pokrzywka, ostre zapalenie błony śluzowej.
